Farmer Bob's Organic KAMUT brand Khorasan Wheat Berries are whole, unmilled khorasan wheat, certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO, sold in resealable 1, 2 and 5 lb bags.

Khorasan is an ancient wheat with large, golden kernels, about twice the size of modern wheat, and a rich, buttery, nutty flavor. KAMUT is the brand name for khorasan wheat grown to the KAMUT brand's standards.

Mill it at home into a golden whole grain flour for breads, pasta, pancakes and muffins. Or cook it whole: soak overnight, rinse, then simmer 1 cup of berries in 3 cups of water for about 45 to 60 minutes until tender. The big, chewy kernels stay firm in grain salads, soups and pilafs, and they can also be sprouted.
